We work with clients in the short, medium and long-term as a partner with joint entrepreneurial responsibility and, in doing so, support our 100+ clients with excellent services – worldwide.

Within the framework of client-specific programmes or academies, we train and coach your personnel and professional experts in core value-added areas such as sales, service and purchasing. We also develop leaders from middle, higher-ranking and senior management, from all your company’s divisions.

In addition to recognised expert trainers, we also make selective use of successful sports coaches, who enliven our programmes in a unique way with methods and experience originating from sports psychology and who unerringly achieve this transfer from the world of sport to the world of business.

The competence clusters are both function-specifically aligned to core value-added areas, as well as cross-functionally structured as across-the-board skills. Each competence cluster is hierarchically assigned key and individual skills, with defined areas of expertise for each individual skill.

Based on the principle of building blocks and in the context of the project blueprint, we use our extensive training and coaching repository to compile the content, which our clients need to achieve their RoE, and tailor this to the specific client.
